Great video, but u should have mentioned that you don't throw the second ball higher, you throw it over. Just throwing it higher ends up in it still going in an under-like pattern. Lots of people, including me, tried that at first.

is it normal to just.. juggle with the rverse cascade?? i think thats how you spell it cuz i have a super hr time doing regular cascade? andi can do reversecascade pritty much wth my eyes closed
