This is actually Bach's Canzona in D minor, BWV 588.
The canzona was the fugue's predecessor in the early barroque.

Ooh! Reeds do this song good at this speed. Is there a foot-pump, or is there a pedal range?

No, there is no pedal range, there is a double foot pump, depression system.
