Lol i dont think that is a smart way.. its like 1% drop rate and i think the video is fake. u cant have that many mobs on u and get spamhealed and dont die.

Kekzorz it aint fake. It's called keep the tank HoT'ed and keeping(kiting) the mobs on you with concecration. We even had time to annoy Hordes on the way by standing on him with all the mobs. ^^

And with this method we got the pally exalted in 3 days :P
