I have Asperger's Syndrome and I don't really like most jokes that people make, because on my part I'm a little too serious. To use an analogy, I feel like I'm Batman and everyone else is a version of the Joker, sometimes.
THANK YOU for making the point I made in my video "Aspies do NOT lack empathy." The often repeated mantra that people with autism lack empathy makes many people wrongly assume that autism means a person is a completely insensitive, dangerous person--a violent criminal waiting to hatch. While some Aspies may have additional conditions, including severe emotional detachment, I find that most are indeed empathetic toward others, only not intuitively and not in real time.
try to look into alexithymia. I just discovered it yesterday, and I think that's another part of me, which is pretty likely to go along with aspergers syndrome in other folks as well.

I've also developed some understanding with philosophy: No one has to be anything in order to find something interesting, for example.
