some theories says that we all humans coming from Mars, that we are martians, they said that an asteroid impacted Mars, when It was stable for life, then the life ends, and then a piece of Mars, set a course to Earth, and Earth became stable for life, I don't know if this theory is true

@darkknight302 Think how scary it was 500 years ago when ships set out to explore to unknown lands. Some thought they'd fall off the edge of the world. We understand the science a bit better today but you're right, the distances are still daunting to the human mind. :)

@Astro0umsf I constantly think about this. The actual scale of the earth is difficult for the human mind to contemplate. Ever since I took an astronomy class and learned about the true exponential scale of things, airplane rides become that much more fantastic for me. Reminds me of Carl Sagan's Pale Blue Dot.

@Kraphul Think about it. Earth sunset - blue sky day, pinks and reds at sunset. Mars sunset - pink red sky by say and turns blue at sunset. Complete opposite. Also, IT'S ON MARS! Dude, open your eyes and your mind!

What's stunning about this, is that all of us who are seeing this footage are the first animal specie who can see a sunset on another planet since life began here on earth. That's quite a humbling....thnx for the upload!
