Apparently Tom has claimed that his frostiness towards Jonathan after he reminded him of his earlier modelling days was a joke, intended to wind him up. According to Jonathan, he was totally convinced that he'd offended Tom and felt as though he'd been well and truly 'stitched up'...he commended his acting skills for being so convincing.

I would have thought he was a bit old for that though as it's usually something which white teens do in order to fit in at schools with a significant proportion of black kids.

He's not going to be taken too seriously as an actor unless he drops the comical accent and grows up.
