It's funny. I've remained single throughout my medical school and 6 year residency and had my fill of affairs. But this series does not once, not ONCE show any of these supposed future doctors hitting the books. I have spent many a night just doing that. I think this is what actors do in between their "work". Not doctors. So..keep dreaming.

Lets not spoil the moment between these two. I just like this couple better. That's all. Love the clip BTW. I think Alex told Denny to back off so he won't hurt Izzie. He too as a doctor knows the patient's condition. He gonna die and cause the pain to Izzie and he does not want that to happen. Just my opinion.

It was from season two when Alex paged Izzie to "see" her...this moment was interrupted shortly afterwards by an ambulance pulling up to the ER with Denny in the back of it...and the downslide of Alex and Izzie began. Kinda sad too, I was rooting for them.
