@33na3rd not back bacon. it's a delicious cut of bacon, but with a lot less fat. it doesn't give off fat. google "back bacon" in google images, you'll see.
@LackadaisicalE Actually I do that too, it's much easier than cutting it on a board, plus less washing up. I use kitchen shears and then just pop them in the dishwasher. Easy peasy.
I miss this late 90's style of cooking shows, the simple glam style, the clothes, the lippy and good old sexy sexy Nigella!
