There was no complaint from anyone when Mohammad married Aisha. It was normal practice back then. According to Jewish law in medieval times a girl may be betrothed the moment she is born, and married at the age of three (Shulchan Aruch, Even HaEzer 37:2).

The Gospal ( New Testament) came over a Thousand years after the Torah ( old testament). Just because the Gospal was sent later it does not make it false and not from God. In the same way the Quran came later to another generation in time to reaffirm the Teachings of Moses in the Torah and Jesus in the Gospal.

We are both in agreement that God made a covenant with Issac. But we must acknowledge that God also had a plan for Ishmael too.
Genesis 17:20. "As regards Ishmael, I will make him fruitful and make him a Great Nation."
To make Ishmael's descendants Fruitful and one day to become a Great Nation. Surely when God said these words in the Bible he was blessing Ishmael not cursing him. For God to bless and make a people Fruitful and become a Great Nation, surely he must be pleased with them.

The covenant God made with Abraham was inherited and passed through Isaac, not Ishmael. The Ishmaelites were not God's covenant people and the blessings extended to all nations were through isaacs seed. The Quran is not in harmony with the Bible. Youre totally wrong. For example, Esau was a descendent of 'Abraham, but his gave away his inheritance and his lineage, the edomites were eventually effaced. According to the Bible, God established his covenant with Isaac and only Isaac. You are totally mistaken and there were no prophets from any other lineage than Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

No one 'on earth' knew Jesus more than his Mother; The Virgin Mary. Ive been studying the Bible but can't find any verses stating that Mary worshipped her Son Jesus or believed him to be equal to God her Creator. Are you comfortable then with the fact that your prophet Muhammad married a six year old child, when he was 55 years old? Do you think this is a good story to tell children?
Why is Muhammad above the very law he gave in the Koran and isn't the definition of sin violating the law of God? Shouldn't a man of God lead by example?

Muhammad peace be upon him married her when she was 6 but felt funny even he said to his bestfried Abu bakr (rh) that is the wish of Allah. So we can question him getting married 2 her at young age but he was intimate when she was older.Even king solomon had little girls as wives but intimate later in their lives.If we were supposed 2 marry only 1 woman,why is it the new testament and old had many wives.peace 2 u and family.are u australian im sudanese

Solomon was a King and was led astray by his many wives. The bible records polygamy, it does not approve of it. There were always consequences for those who practised it with family divisions.
Even the Song of Solomon is recording of remaining faithful to ONE. The bible records that Solomon was led astray by his wives, so why does Mohammed and Joseph Simith suddenly get secret visits from Angels saying polyagmy is OK?

Salam, how dare you say that our beloved king solomon was punished for having many wives? He never was punished for having score of wives,this nonsense is mentioned in unrealible sources basically blind faith in the tanach which comes after the supposed 5 books of moses.even the people in isreal dont believe that it is authentic.what about the prophet Israel how many wives he have,u r a hypocite or just biased.

Solomon, started out righteously, unselfishly, relying on God. But, "when Solomon was old," he had seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines -- it must have been a record harem. And his wives turned away his heart from God, and to their idols.
It was SIN! Regarding it, God's Word says: "Solomon did evil in the sight of the Eternal" (I Kings 11:6).

Polygamy was and is SIN! Regarding it, God's Word says: "Solomon did evil in the sight of the Eternal" (I Kings 11:6).
Why then does Mohammed and the Qu'ran think 600 years later that polygamy is OK?
Are you comfortable that the Qu'ran says no more than 4 wives yet Mohaamed took 12. Are you comfortable that your prophet cannot lead by example?

Salam my brother why isnt the holy ghost the so called comforter guiding you to answer any of my questions. Imagine stopping countless bloodshed by marrying your enemies daughter.That is the only reason he had many wives,So in fact he married by example of humilty and mercy,marriage is a eternal protection,Muhammad(pbuh) married woman whos husbands had been killed and protected them he was one of the kindest men on earth,I cry thinking about him and yeshua.

God did not sanction polygamy in Old Testament times.
Contrary to the suppositions many have accepted, God forbade it -- and PUNISHED for it!

Salam, what u say is utter nonsense it was european christians who almost wiped the indians in america and caused so much pain. Muslim empire crushed the european christians only because they mass murdered jews muslims and christian othodox in jerusalem during the first two crusades,only beloved muhammad(pbuh) stopped slavery but many people after his death didnt listen 2 his message.

Also without going into crusades and Islam conquests which really prove nothing I still am concerned why muslims put so much emphasis on Mohammed when no other prophet promoted polygamy as legal as much as Mohammed did? Even though Solomon practised polygamy why did God punish him for his many marriages if polygamy was OK? Solomon refused to see the prophet Nathan cos of his own sin. Why was Mohammeds message different and why could he not even keep his own rules of the Qu'ran?

Salam which means peace in english. I have one question,God is all knowing but we are not,So if god decides that polygamy.If u look throughout history most christians were having more then when wife?God never said to have just one wife.I prefer to marry woman to help them not for lust.their are gays and lesbians and countless leftover woman. do u prefer we leave them to commit haraam and have boyfriends,its not easy getting a husband/wife

This is not true. Polygamy will not solve problems. The bible shows polygamy causes problems; jealousy, family divisions, and even murder.
To say polygamy solves the problem of more women is rubbish because statistics show women live longer. There are more younger men than women and older women than men because women live longer than men.
A harem was one of the symbols of royalty.
But God FORBADE polygamy for the kings of Israel - Polygamy was and is SIN.

Western culture is not christian. You cannot compare muslims countries with the west and say the west is christian. Christians are heavenly citizens living within countries.
If westerners were christian then they would promote family life and values.

Salam the same goes to some of the muslims historically they did some nasty stuff as well,muhammad (pbuh) said no slavery but in saudia arabia they still did after his death.jesus spoke aramaic and would never say the father as a name for god in my lanuage. Abraham was not a polygamist. While Sarah, his wife, lived, he never married any other woman.
The prophet Hosea remained faithful to his harlot wife.
God used monogamus marriage as an illustration to show love for ONE God.
Polygamy is a a worldly Custom and God forbade it.

Salam.Also the same archelogist found know earliest manuscripts going back to jesus time,They fond manuscripts which came 80yrs later even hundreds of yrs according to many scholars. Many scholars who are not biased christians found the bible to be tampered with.I could give u authentic proof from your own book verses which were added.But if u ask god maye god will open your heart to truth of what I say

There was polygamy in ancient Israel. But it was SIN! God condemned it -- He never condoned or sanctioned it. They reaped what they sowed.
WHy would Mohammed say 1000s of years later then that polygamy was OK, and then he could not even keep the law of the Qu'ran himself?
Jesus said 'woe to hypocrites'. Why wasn't Mohammed a hypocrite?

Just because people in the bible were polgamists did not mean God scantioned it.
David had several wives. But after his tremendous sin of taking Bathsheba and having her husband murdered, David repented, in real heart-rending repentance. And he never repeated the sin.
Solomon did not want to see the prophet Natan because he too did not want to be told off like his father of falling into the same sin.
