From a graphic designer point of view, the triangle and eye are common designs/symbols because their symbolic and basic. The triangle is extremely basic and can be used for about everything, the eye is used mainly for television and multimedia. It's part coincidence, not a conspiracy. I've designed a few logos myself using those same symbols.

Why you all think about Egyptians when a pyramid is put in to your face? I remember from my history books, that there is a pyramid in mexico built by natives, there is in Teotihuacan. It is closer to US than Egypt. Aztec pyramids are much more plausible. Those main God name was Huitzilopochtli, a sun god. Those cultures back in time believed that Sun is the eye of the God.
