  • For some reason i found this very easy, i was evevated and had good form, i stopped because i could of carried on for ages.

  • I was wondering if you have specific days for your work outs, like monday bi's tuesday tri's etc. right now i do lats and bi's together and tri's chest together, should i just do one muscle a day or just stay with what im doing. and also how much cardio do you do. thanks

  • @bulldogballer3 dont train specific muscles, train specific functions, like push and pull. unless your just going for body building

  • @dangerousdavololol with the over hand grip it's a back exercise and a real good one too. If you use an underhand grip you incorporate your biceps.

  • @AznPrideCreations Pretty much every muscle in your back, mainly rhomboids, lats, mid traps and bis. But also glutes to keep your lower back from sagging.

    Gunna be swapping these in instead of barbell rows next month.
