@AznPrideCreations Pretty much every muscle in your back, mainly rhomboids, lats, mid traps and bis. But also glutes to keep your lower back from sagging.
Gunna be swapping these in instead of barbell rows next month.

@bulldogballer3 dont train specific muscles, train specific functions, like push and pull. unless your just going for body building
