if i was j.fox my strategy now wud to bench jake delhomme and play a.j feeley and allow jake to mentore mat moore for the rst of the season ready for next year
yea i just dont think that john fox will still jake during all of this, jake is still john's man and hes said that so many times this year. But i would like to see Moore get a shot. And we really need to get rid of the Offence Cordinator, i can just remember on that one drive in the 3rd quater, D Williams gets hurt on a 2nd down, then it is 3rd and 1 you bring in the more power back in Stewert, and yet he still has Jake to throw the ball.......
It won't be his last game, He'll probably start next week as well knowing John Fox. As much as it might help for Matt Moore to start, I don't think it will happen, plus we signed him to a 5 year contract so he's not going anywhere for a while. I wouldn't go as far as saying we're not a good football team but we've got alot of key injuries and with screw ups like Turnovers, we're really not showing. At least D. Will is doing something. Consecutive 1000 yard season. That's good new at least.
true and Fox is a pretty good coach, but his main prob is stickin with guy when they are past their prime......such as: Jake Delhomme, John Casey, Mushin Muhammed ect.
Well Kasay is still a good place kicker and Muhammad when he's not catching the ball that isn't overthrown by Jake, is a really good blocker. True they should have retired but you can't stop someone from playing if they still feel they can, Hence Brett Farve and look at how he's doing now.
i agree muhammad is still a pretty good blocker and route runner, but in john casey: missing a FG that wouldve gave the panthers a 1 seed last year, kicking the ball out of play in the 04 superbowl, so just like in brett farve's case, if he can still play good, it just we dont want him, and i really could see this coming last year with jake when he threw 4 picks against the raiders
Well the FG at the Giants game was tough cause not only was it a 50 yarder but the wind was blowing really strong. The SB kick was by far his biggest mistake but you can't blame in on him when we had a chance to stop Tom Brady. I really don't understand why we need 2 kickers and a punter. I think Kasay should retire and Lloyd could do FGs, I've seen him hit 60 yard FGs pregame.
yea but its hard to stop any great QB from getting 25-30 yrds in like a 1 min and a half, but yea i like lloyd too i just done know how consistent of a place kicker he can be

Yea, thats true. Lloyd looks good but I've never seen him in the real situation under pressure trying to kick.
