hmmm. i'm not sure. because i use pspvideo9 (old version) to put videos on my psp, i never even tried the PSP Video manager thats in the MPEG Encoder. or maybe when you convert the videos, you have to set the format to "PSP - PSP MPEG-4 Video (*.mp4)" or another psp format. I would just reccommend using pspvidoe9 then.

Ohh yea, wen you go on the website, it'll make you download the latest version of pspvideo9. Dont get that one!.. wen i tried using it, it didnt even work, so just go to downloadDOTcOm and search for pspvideo9 and get version 1.74.

the program that i use is called "ImTOO Keygen by LineZero", you can try to google it if you want.
