  • you should really use the neck guard my friend got hit in the neck with a puck with no neck guard on now he cant play hockey and hes in a weel chaie

  • Nice gear bro

  • Hey man I just ordered a ccm 480 chrome cage medium. I have a medium bauer bucket will the ccm cage will it fit good? And im confused with people saying ccm fm480 cage but on the pro hockey life site it just says ccm 480.. Im hoping its the same thing? Anyway nice vid pce.

  • @xfeelfree Should be exactly the same - the website just didn't include the 'fm'. CCM only makes a few masks. And it'll fit the Bauer no problem.

  • @rrekaj13 Alright cool thanks a lot.

  • what kind of cage is that?

  • @TheRustybucket07 CCM fm480, medium white. I think its soon to be discontinued and replaced so pick one up if you can find it online or in a store

  • @rrekaj13 Would a large ccm fm480 cage fit a medium reebok 7k?

  • @SnipingBardown71 Should be fine

  • For a second I tought this was my room because I keep all my Hess Trucks up on a shelf exactly like that. I just have one thing tho, i beleive you can get a penalty for not heaving J clips on your helmet. The things that keep the cage from like going too far back. I took them off and played 3 seasons without them not a single call, but im just letting you know. I like the vid too =P

  • @scooter4mylil9life Honestly, I'm really uncomfortable playing without the J-clips. It looks better without them, but I'm convinced I'll break my jaw one day if I don't have them in. A piece on the inside of the helmet fell out where the clips screw in so on one side I can't even have the clips. I figure it'd just look stupid to have one side of clips so I took both off. Oh well.

  • @rrekaj13 Do you have the screws taken out completely?

  • @scooter4mylil9life I have two screws on one side, one screw on the other.

  • nice vid

  • Your helmet is sick

  • Nice video and do u like the farrells

  • @capsmen50 I do like them but the shoulder caps are too big. If I had to buy new shoulder pads, I'd just go with a higher end, main brand model.

  • Are the gloves stiff if you spray paint them cuz I got the same Easton ones?

  • @rangersfan203 Not at all. Work fine, but the paint chips once they start getting beat up a bit.

  • what do you play

  • @FrederickFuryHockey5 I played 18AA before I broke my ankle in preseason

  • the thing that happend to you about the vapor 40's happend to me too! but get this, I bought new ones 2 DAYS before they came out. :'(

  • ohhh

  • you from detroit i play for compuware

  • @bauerbeast71 Nope I'm from NJ

  • sick bucket

  • Hey what cage would look good with the bauer 8500?

  • @TINKERHOCKEY General consensus is a white or chrome ccm fm480 looks best; I prefer the white. And stay away from the Bauer true-visions.

  • @rrekaj13 Okay so that willl look good on a Bauer 8500? cause most people just say ccm fm480 causee its the best but they dont know what it would be like on an 8500

  • @TINKERHOCKEY trust me! my friend has a 8500 and it looks sick with a fm480

  • @craighaining alright aha ill try and get myself one :P

  • yo whered u get those loops

  • @CockyHockey97 icewarehouse - put a link in the description of them for ya.

  • @rrekaj13 k thanks

  • dude the kane u have on the x60 is reatail. the harrow is prostock

  • @DangleDekesSnipes Yeah it's on their website as comparable to: Pro Stock Tanguay/ Bauer P88 Kane. I absolutely love the P88 curve so I went for it and it turns out to really be more like a P14 curve - a moderate mid curve with an open toe.

Was hoping for a bit different but I'll live for now.

  • when your shooting, does your elbow pads slip off?, cause mine do, and im looking for new ones, and i was thinking of getting reeboks? and btw, nice swag on ur helmet

  • @booyaahockey I honestly didn't even know the answer when I read your question. I guess that's a good thing if I don't notice them. Either way I went down and shot some pucks for a while and they stayed on great. No moving at all. If you're looking at new reeboks, the 7k is pretty similar to what I have, with the same price (~$50), and if you cross the front two straps on the forearm it stays in place without being too tight.

  • @rrekaj13 thanks for replying, and its just such a hassle to try and put sock tape on the fore-arm (which only works for like 10 shots) so i guess im gonna get reebok protective gear, cause bauer is starting to feel like junk.
