I got one for Christmas and I knew it had to be charged first so I plugged it in and it froze on the picture of the logo. No matter if I plug it back in to charge, click any of the bottons, take it off the charge...the screen doesn't change. The on/off button doesn't work and there IS NO reset button when it said there was. We cannot get it off the Augen logo picture. Anyone care to help? Thanks.

If so, you have the same as me. The reset button is located to the left. It is a little hole. Stick something like a 0.7 mm pencil lead in there.
