They aren't real zombies anyway they are infected big difference. Zombies are reanimated dead. Infected have a disease such as rabies that makes them go crazy.

There was a fan question a while back asking why "Mad World" was used for Gears of War instead of a rock song. The fan was answered that a rock song wouldn't have done it justice. Whoever chose the song for this commercial chose perfectly. I'm sure that everyone is impressed with the awesomeness of this commercial. It is a shame though that Valve only has their logo in small print in the last scene. I can't wait for the 6th or the 18th!
