Predators stalk and kill their prey. Where are the attack marks? Lets say it was predators. They just decided, "I'm not that hungry, I think I'll just eat the tongue, eye, and genitals." ...it's now been going on for over 50 years....still up to this date (March 2010) NO ONE has been caught!! The government (USA) knows aliens are doing it, but again in this part of the ufo phenomena keep tight lipped. I dare say that not even our best technology can do to these animals what has been done to them. Mutilations have happened in thunderstorms, in broad daylight and "less than an hour in some cases." We have no technology that can drain the blood out of a cow, let alone tech which can take a heart out of a cow's chest cavity without so much as a single incision mark! The phenomenon is global and takes place outside of farms, in the wild. It is most certainly a very high tech, covert force.
