.... if you asked me quite honestly I think at 0:50 she looked the most beautiful... but I guess we live in a world where real people can't be on the cover of a magazine. stunning photoshop skills tho. I do think that somewhere around 2:43 would've been enough. After that it becomes so altered it's more like a digital painting than an edited photo. Just my rookie, unqualified suggestion tho...

Good retouch, did you use one of alpha channels for your dodge and burn layers? I usually try a neutral grey layer and doge and burn with soft light or whatever is appropriate.
