the obr is better because of the direct gas system, gas piston guns are for people too lazy to clean their guns i have several hundred rounds out of my obr right now and sure it will go several more without cleaning.. I owned a repr which i sold to buy a obr. simply put piston is for a sbr suppressed thats all that I would buy one for everything else is false marketing
Im no soldier but my cousin here is, He says if your a civilian with a shit load of time on your hand then the lack of a gas piston isnt a bad thing, esepcially if you've got OCD. According to him when your in the field, in combat this type of system is quiet often shied away from due to up keep. Mechanically sounds gun overall, just not in the battlezone. Place like iraq with destroy that gun.
