assuming my hair grows as fast as yours , how long do you think it would take to get my hair down to my butt , from maybe 4 inches past my shoulders? .... based on your experience ..

@fopoooy It prob took me about 3 years (I was pregnant and my hair grew from waist to below butt in 9months) It just depends on how many inches your hair grows per month. Sometimes my hair grows at 1" per month and other times it's just 1/2" per month. Hope this helps.

You have beautiful long (obviously) hair. I know you want to keep it and all, but I really encourage you to donate it. You can only donate around 10 or 11 inches and you still have a lot of hair. not really...i don't even notice it. i had a physical therapist once tell me that if i cut it, i would be walking around looking at my feet all the time because my muscles in my neck would be soo used to holding the hair up that if it were not there anymore, i'd have issues...lol.

In a way I am jealous-- my hair is down to my butt, and I love it. However, I wouldnt want all of the split ends associated with hair to long. I am a bit obsessive about not having them.

Not necessarily.

I'm not the poster, but I have hair to my rear, and I spend far less on hair products now than I ever did with short hair because I know what's good for it and what's bad for it. It's best to only wash it once a week, and only the scalp, with heavily diluted GENTLE shampoo or with shampoo bars. It takes me months to use up one bottle or one bar of shampoo.

long hair like that must be a lot of work,to wash, brush and dry, my own hair is long too (reaches my butt now) and it loks nice but i find it verry irritating sometimes.... also at nights, is not comfortable to sleep with long hair. how do u do that? lol. ur hair mus be ur hobby also. haha.. but stil, it looks very very cool :)

my hair is my hobby...my life revolves around it...i'm used to it. it's worth it. I sleep with it above my head..i lay down with a scrunchie already in my hair down low and i pull it up above my head where it feels loose and comfy...lol.
