  • I have followed you for along time people need free plans and help on designs that would get us away from bp oil and government who wants us in poverty you sell gasifiers and want patents so no one else can get off grid look at yourself you are no better then corrupt government big oil we should help each other instead of trying to get rich god bless the love money root all evil

  • a cool idea!... Its ALOT like an old steam train engine with a wood tender ready for stoking the fire.

  • Wonder if there is a way to use steam power off the heat this produces also? I know probably not on this unit. But, I would like to see all the resources being used. I think steam power needs to be tied in with this also. So tell me whatcha think. oh yea how long does the wood need dried before using?

  • Hey i was also think about making the hot syngases go through a duct coiled around the hopper to "pre-heat pre-dry" the chips, and provide a pre-cool for the gases. Much simpler to do so (as far as shoveling chips from the drying portion to the hopper is boring). But having the two combined would be great!

  • YES! ***** Awesome product. Glad to see production models.

  • Is there any panel going onto the drying woodchips section?

  • Can you make it small enough to fit on a Delorean? Ie: Mr. Fusion ...lol

  • Would this thing run on old pallets?

  • I want one! How much

  • I was wondering what it would take to get a tour of your facility? I live just down the road from you here in Vancouver

  • how much did Hans pay for this baby?

  • Looking really nice. You are really making some practical stuff here. Out of the realm of dreams and into the real world. Way to go!...........I've heard of a theory that says you can convert gasified wood into diesel fuel. Have you heard of this? And if so, any plans on experimenting with that. I believe I heard of that on Engineer77 youtube channel.

  • @TheBeeperman Ive been looking in to something similar but with natural gas. You would need a zeolite catalyst and probably lots of pressure to form diesel. also your output is so low with a gasifier that you would have to run for days to get a usable amount of fuel. Look up Robert Zubrin's "energy victory" on Amazon, it goes in to synthetic diesel and other alt fuels. there is also a book on the commercial scale "synthetic fuels" i think is the name.
