Am I the only one that wishes Boone and Shannon had ended up together in the afterlife? They weren't actually related or anything, and they did love each other. I think Ian Somerhalder and Maggie Grace dating in real life and breaking up is what made the writers abruptly drop the whole Sayid/Nadia thing and make sure Ian and Maggie were never in the same scene together in the series finale. It never made sense that Sayid would give up Nadia like that for a girl he hardly knew.

Anyone know the name of the theme that plays at shannons fathers funeral?

This scene can't be the only dialogue between boone and hugo in the entire 6 seasons? does anyone recall if boone and hugo actually had a conversation besides the one in "the end"

@darrelincanada Yeah Boone spoke with Hurley when in Season 1 Hurley was interviewing the survivors to check if they were on the plane in episode "Raised by Another". Plus they spoke probably when they weren't on screen.

@Moollii thanks moollii. I just knew that this couldn't have been the only conversation between them.. I sure a lot of the characters had of scrreen conversations but i was referring to on screen conversations. The 1st one hugo and boone had was as 2 people who didn[t know each other or at least well.. the 2nd was as old friends. But out side those 2 conversations i don't think boone and hugo had any other on scrren conversation

I have always liked Boone and especially Shannon. Most of the people hated her - I mean REALLY hated her - during her time in the series, but I liked her very much as a character and her death was one of the most tragic moments of Lost to me. And of course the death of Boone, too.

I was so happy that we we're given a last glimpse of Shannon and Boone in the ending. Really; I can't describe the feeling that I felt when I saw the people in the church - Shannon and Boone among them. My god. ♥

I LOVED shannon...her and boone's scenes were so funny and entertaining..i would of loved to see her not killed up..she was evloving as a character...and then they killed her off :/

i would of loved to see boone live through all 6 seasons..he was definately and asset :(

This is a shame. I would've really seen more of Boone, his death was so tragic when I saw that episode as a little boy... :(

Though, without death LOST wouldn't have been as exciting in the first season. In short: Boone was a sacrifice the Island demanded.

You could also use boone's funeral theme for his theme, because it isn't given to anyone else, as well as shannon's funeral them for her. I'm guessing that would be their Original thems.

I did listen to Booneral but it was mainly a variation on the survivors theme - i used it in the survivors theme. What i have here is used in shannon's funeral and other key moments for them.

After somebody asked if there was a Boone and Shannon theme I was determined to rewatch their centric episodes and scour the soundtrack for a hint of one. It is very difficult to locate a prominant one but this is heard at both Shannon's Funeral and when Boone discovers she wasn't killed by the monster. It's the closest thing there is to one.

@Moollii So glad I found this. I can't help wonder why their theme is half as long as Nikki and Paulo's them when that pair was only in 1 episode, lol
