rob1900d, there dosent need to be a meter in the airplane. As long as the maneuver is performed correctly THE LAWS OF PHYSICS make it a one G maneuver.
What people fail to realize is that it is easy to do a 1g roll and the airframe suffers absolutely no stress that it wouldn't any other time. Especially considering that these planes fly all day long in moderate turbulence with a load of pax and cargo.
Don't feel sorry ... empty flight; and the aircraft never went more than 2G max; we don't want to kill ourself or somebody, just fun to 'fly' and not doing Sydney-Melbourne twice a day at FL250 !!
