i was on the ninmitz and did westpacs with her in 1991 and 1993 ...was a radioman sorry dont remember you of course, but i always had great respect for you guys you worked your asses off...... anyone who reads this and was a radioman 1989-1993 on nimitz contact me .thanks.
It is ok adamrunner. I was one of those who was not well known throughout the ship. :) We definately did work hard. I was mainly a janitor when on the Nimitz in the 99 man overflow berthing. I can tell you this, there were some definate stinky clothes. :)
dude i hear ya brother .. i swept many of peeways on that ship myself ..as time goes bye and i get older though i appreciate how great that ship was ...take care.

I'd Say VF84 Jolly Rogers & VF 41 Black Aces ( Fighting F%cking 41) were the best Tomcat Squadrons to grace the decks of the Nimitz.

I was on the nimitz in 93 and had the honor of launching you guys off. You guys were the best squardon on there.
