You know the thing that gets me about gun control is they claim that it's for our protection and that reducing the number of guns will reduce the number of gun related fatalities. If it really worked, why haven't we started to apply this model of "public safety" to other things, like cars. If the government want to take your rights away I think you cant do much with your gun against a Tank or a F-14. You know the thing that gets me about gun control is they claim that it's for our protection and that reducing the number of guns will reduce the number of gun related fatalities. If it really worked, why haven't we started to apply this model of "public safety" to other things, like cars. I'm not entirely sure about the exact numbers, but isn't the ratio of car fatalities to gun fatalities like 1 gun death to every hound plus car death.

oh no, im sorry, my finger slipped. i enjoy watching news reports of children shooting themselves or another person, because their idiotic parents cant buy a lock for their gun cabnet, as much as you do.
but you can blame the parents until the cows come home, but stuff like that wouldnt happen if guns were limited atleast to shotting ranges and gun clubs.

@Jakeness019 I agree. I have a combined total of 5,000 rounds of ammo for my two .308 rifles, my .223 AR rifle, my 3 shotguns, and my 5 pistols. If they want my guns, they can have em....after I've shot every person who's stepped onto my property and come thru my door to try and get em. There's 200 yards between my gate and my front door, and my scopes are zeroed in. I'll save 1 last round for myself, cause after killing 4,999 "law enforcement agents" there ain't no way I'm being taken alive....
