Alright. After watching two videos of this band perform, I'm convinced. I'm their fan! They sound amazing, and their routines are just as spectacular!

I love my school band! They give me such a since of school pride. These guys are awesome. This year they played the Indiana Jones theme song. They played the Rick Roll song, the internet is for porn, numa numa. These bring it hard!

I don't understand all the negativity these kids did a great job. So some were out of tune...these are kids not professionals and they performed music of the pop culture they've grown up with. Give them a break and stop criticizing. I have two kids in band and even I enjoyed it. Some people just aren't happy with anything I suppose and need to find a new hobby....or anger management classes.

if you are complaining about people like me but have you ever seen how the band uh criticizes other bands. if you listen to their fight sing they even say in it "sac state sucks" which i heard when they performed at the state fair last year. not tasteful. i am in band and support all bands even the band-uh. people comment on my band performances all the time. that's the way it is. besides if you don't like my comments ignore them. as for anger management, that was a stupid comment.

Hey pitgirl06, do you know anything about the Cal Aggie Marching band? For example, did you know they spend about 3 days learn a new half-time show each week? NEVER is the same half-time show repeated. Sometimes they only have 2 days of two hour practice before leaving on a 40-hour bus to make it to a football game across the country. The Aggie band is the most dedicated group of musicians I have EVER seen, which is extremely rare and never ceases to astonish me.

i applaud them for being dedicated but if they perform a new show every week, they should give it their all. Every performance i have seen is badly performed. obviously they do not take pride in their shows. it always seems as if they are more interested in taunting the other bands than playing a show.

personally, I would never want to perform a crappy looking or sounding show. i would be embarrassed.

pretty dirty show, music and drill wise. obviously they do not know the meaning of cover and they are doing very easy formations. trumpets are out of tune and the horns were off at times. Drum line wasn't loud or clean either.

hands up the guy in the wheel chair though he really tries and is amazing. I have seen him march for the past couple of years and hes good.

ok... yes, the first "to" seconds were not very together, but that's what you get when they practice the song for only 4 days and then do the show. It comes together later, a bit out of tune, but still great.

Next time watch for more than "to" seconds.

You are right about the intonation and being together, there are some bad spots. But guess what? That's what happens when the whole band is volunteers who get no credit, and they learn the whole show and music in ~8 hours.

There is definite room for improvement, but my god, kill me if the UCD Aggie Band-uh ever does a performance like the Green Machine shows you've posted.
