This show is a joke, my friend Bobby who lives in LA and knows Madison and Chad... says that little of this show is actual, most of it's planned for good TV. Notice in the second season Josh and Chad got into it more often? For TV. They never talked about Josh being accused of stealing a Picasso painting from an estate sale, THAT would have made for good TV. The ONLY reason why these queens have made it as far as they have is because of the social circle they grew up in.

If the seller or buyer hasistating then say : Look lets do like that...." or " The best thing to do is...." Or " this offer might not be what you looked for, but conidering the number of offers, and DOM......"
dude, and he is the top producer? I could be better.
but i guess this is his style and it worked for him pretty well so congtrats.
Hmm i'de critisize a bit and say that he did not look as confident when doing the negotiation. He should have been more in control. He looked too soft.
I mean i'de come with different attitude- With more confident and taking control of the business.
I wonder if this is some hollywood make belief of how glamorous being a real estate agent for high end homes causse this looks like my future dream job

Some of the mistakes i noticed.
*He said that the offer is not the heighest. Instead he could have say :
"We have an offer for a very seriouse buyer that would buy the house imiddiatly"
*He said that the buyer would like the furnitures included
----He could leave that to the end.
*He said to the buyer that he knows the seller wouldn't exept the offer---------- WHY THE HECK GIVE HIM THAT IDEA?! ( to the seller)

No doubt it looks so easy, talk a bit, show people a house, make $100k+. Wish I got into this shit when I was 18.
