    Now that is a good question. If your max reps are 10, try to squeez out 11 on your next workout.  The one after, or several after, go for 12. Keep trying to do more. Also, try weighted pull ups.

    the best thing you can do if you dont have the money for a gym,

    or the other equipment, then go to the playground. There is all

    kinds of things you can do there. Check out my other video, Breakin 'em off at the playground.

  • i use towel pullups for grip strength. put two towels over the bar and grab those instead of the bar. works well and can be improved weighted as always

  • Well, besides the body weight excercises, i also run. anywhere from 3-6 miles every other day. Its a bit hard to show vids of me running though.

  • This was a great vid: you've got superb strength. And the first muscle ups were funny-more like muscle uhuhhuhuups. But since this was shot some time ago, I am sure you've developed them well.
