@shaunakdass Thank you! Palpating the carotid pulse, the introducer needle is directed on a virtual line from the angle of the mandible to the ipsilateral nipple, puncturing from the anterior margin of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. We never need to use ultrasound guidance.
