Adam I enjoyed your solo, very good dynamics and technique! You and Kris are a blast to watch. If it means anything, I am a 25 year old percussionist who went to NCSA north carolina school of the arts. I play a gretch with sabian hand hammered. Also I really enjoy the AAXplosion crashes they make, very unique sound that applies to most music. Watch tony royster jr. that is my man and mr. pert and mr. beauford. Dude props to you for the 4 piece and no doubles...that's the way I play. Simply complicated as i like to put it...the real technique shows when you play with less. And as to the comment above...I use heel/toe but I play single pedal. And I shock most people cause I can play double pedal shit on a single pedal....so even less respect to the guys using heel toe and doubles...

Thanks man. Thats how I see it too, you can be a lot more creative with a single pedal and most of the time the double pedal players are not doing too much special. Thats why i give mad props to Nicko Mcbrain(Iron Maiden) & Eric Sandin(Nofx) for keeping the heel/toe on a single.

Thanks man, thats how a lot of Guitar Center's around my way are too man, nowadays everybody thinks it cool to do a whole solo revolving around double bass or Joey Jordison type shit, so I try to steer clear of that and kind of try to keep things fresh.

yeah. Joey's fast, but only called fast becuase he doesn't use a heel toe like most metal drummers these days. sure, he's good, but he's no Tony Royster Jr. or Danny Carrey.

Dang man, awesome job for sure. I've been playing drums on and off (mostly off) for the last 3 years but just made a complete devotion to drums in the last couple months.
