If they look like they have star quality and have a decent voice that can sound great on recording, they'll have them sing. Does that mean they are the best singers? Hell no. I like Britney, great performer, but that doesn't mean she has the best singing voice. I like Ashley, Miley, Selena, and Demi, all three as stars and actresses, but as singers? Demi and Miley, then Selena, then Ashley from best to worst.
