2. Do u get to keep all the bud you grow, or do you keep some then send in the rest somewhere?
3. How hard/expensive is it to grow?
4. Are there certain types of weed that you can NOT grow?

@manofmusicx u are correct about the feds, it is still completely against the law on a federal basis medical or not, and generally they do not have mercy on marijuana but there not all assholes like that and generally the feds are not going to waste there time with much less then 100 plants, if they did they would nvr be able to stop and focus on what they want, 1000 plants+ hell figure bout any state u go every 10th house has marijuana growing indoors.

@manofmusicx the main reason the feds go after the big ones and not the little ones is plain and simple, it is illegal on a federal basis for the most part due to the financial side they know how much money they should make off it, and ultimately they not gonna make much of nothing as its so easy to grow ur own and skip paying for it, they make more off busting big operations and taking there cash/ medicine away. just my theory tho.

i did not post my address someone else did and we have been checked before but this time they said i was selling to get a serchwarrent but even though they never provided any proof i got raided but my kids do not have keys to the garden but the cops took my kids out there and took pics of them for there case even as i protested them doing such things i have a a script for 99 total and 90 flowering but it did not matter

@Hungry4Herb I believe the story at the moment goes something like, due to budget constraints arrests and prosecutions on the federal level are being reserved for large scale illegal grows in medical states. The position of the US attorney has changed a bit back and forth recently but for the most part small state compliant medi grows are supposed to be safe. ish.
