@Dreamscape52 Ive been doing Kung Fu for quiet some time now and i have not lost but about 15 pounds im still obese and dieting at the same i am seeing no progress but i am still pushing myself to try to get to my goal. I eat around 1200 calories a day and i do one hour and 30 minutes of exercise on Tuesdays and Thursday nights at my Kung Fu class. I am thinking on doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on Mondays and Fridays to lose a little more and have ground fighting skills also!
@jackthePS3GAMER from my time of exercising you are not exercising enough to be consuming 1200 calories 3 hours of exercise a week is not EVER going to get rid of your fat with that amount of calorie intake, a good tip is get a gym membership because if you do it at home your motivation will go downhill exercise at gym Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays and use a rest day on Wednesday THIS DES NOT MEAN BE LAZY just a light 30 minute jog after dinner if you do use this feel free to ask questions
@Thedude873 I wrote that comment a good while ago now that its Summer here i have been eating around 1500 calories a day but this week i have swam 2 hours a day and walked 3 miles i am still doing Kung Fu also which is a lot of exercise plus my Kung Fu teacher is really inspirational to me he helps a lot of people lose weight so i am doing much better and love the exercises i am doing i have lost 10 pounds from that last comment but i just started getting really active Thanks!

I have an aunt who wore a rubber band around her wrist and everytime she would get the urge to eat she would snap it. Around a year and a half later she lost a little over 100 pounds.
The way I motivate is by using a technique that ur fone when the workout is done. Then u can stop. That's just me. Yeah I weigh 148bls, and I still fill fat. Maybey its because im tall. Who knows.
After reading your tips, i just went and bought a gazelle freestyle elite for $200. It should be here next week. I weigh about 160Lbs. I want to get that to 130 Before March. Thats my goal, i actually love excercise, but i never get a chance to get into my local gym, and i find running on the street sorta, boring? I prefer it when i'm listening to music, or watching TV, or even exercising with other people. I'm going to do my best! Thanks for the tips!
Great video Chris. I may be skinny so my case is kind of the opposite lol but I need to start having a healthy diet. Soda and pizza is not going to help lol. :)

Best motivation,find something you want,find something you love,and work hard for it.
Mine is martial arts,I want to be the best I can,so I fight harder,I move faster,and I push my limits every time I train.
Things don't happen to you,MAKE them happen,you can achieve ANYTHING you want,if you fight for it.
Theres tons of motivational videos out there,look at the nike ads.
Also,find music that fires your adrenaline system up,work hard in you workouts,and ge thigh on endorphins,you WILL get hooked!
