Sweet! I love it! lol buddy gave me a bunch of CD's to put in my laptop, string quartet tribute to SOAD was one of the CD's, and I checked here first for a song while i burn another CD... I think the point of a lot of SOAD is that it IS quite melodic behind all the lyrics. Serj is a classical pianist and has a beautiful voice in many different respects.

This String Quartet is showing another aspect of SOAD's depth. While many take the face value of SOAD's post-punk attitude, there is a lot of musical genius going on in the music.

It's wonderful, but I really miss the drums... I heard a little bit of drums in other String quartet covers, like the one from Guns n Roses.
