ok I found the answer, it's a song about a photography studio, Fisheye Studios located on 1375 Locust St in Walnut Creek, CA. The singer had his wedding pictures done by them, but due to a camera malfunction none of the pictures were able to be developed.

SNINING.....holy shit guys...one clip that i always played repetitively and the most epic tv appearance was 'God Hates A Coward' by tomahawk. You guys snatched that title for me with this clip, its full of ass kick from start to finish, even with an unappreciative audience. The way the sax is played in sync with the keyboard and the lead guitarist as well just rapes the eardrums of any person with even half a sense of decent music taste. I love how their 2nd guitarist uses such weird vintage style guitars you wouldn't expect in prog/metal. Like a Danelectro here and a Fender Mustang in the "Madness and the Damage Done" video. It's all in how you play it, I guess!

And i feel sad for the old norwegian people in that room, norway and organizing doesnt seem to be quite good when they plan to scare old people with "blackjazz" This is hard prog metal jazz quite awesome!!! That sax really sounded good
