that is badass dude. I have never been interested in flying before but this little plane is badass. Its like driving a honda s2000. Its not too big so you feel closer to a bird than being inside a big can. Nice. How much does this cost and do you need a license?
Of course you need licence, the "Glider Pilot Licence"; short "GPL".
Our club has odered an Arcus few moths ago, think it starts at 115000 Euro (approx 150000$), of course without any cockpit-instruments and without an engine.
And the Ventus ( the second glider) costs about 100000 Euro (approx 130000$) with instruments but without the engine which is shown in the video.
Hpoe I don' t have destroyed your dream of such a glider :-)
