There is an Intelligence Review Committee as far as the CSIS and The RCMP are concerned. My experience tells me that there should be a judicial inquiry at least every 5 years because i Believe they only tell the Review Committe what they think they want to hear not what they need to hear. There are different Canadian accents which you, being a Canadian, should very well know. His first Canadian language learned was French, thus his accent, and as you can hear in this video he knows English as well. That makes him a bilingual Canadian. Can you say the same about yourself? You are not the standard or decider of what being Canadian means.
