From what I've seen..... I think the waterfall is actually all even.... Which is why there is a shadow casting because it's from the wrong angle. From the right angle you could see that
I loved your explanation for what would have been a much nicer project then what his nice video edit job. But, he had a great idea with the edit as well. GZ to all of the great thinking.
The back seems to be in the foreground some how as revealed by the shadow of the guy. I still cant see how it was done tho'. I would really like to see this at another angle I bet I would just slap myself in the face.
The shadow appears out of nothing in the upper section, suggesting that it is closer to the guy than the rest of the structure. The first two sections seem to be on the floor. Great illusion BTW.
