  • Acoording to wkikpedia the song is about a man who is in love with alcohol. The song is about a man who is in love with alcohol.

  • This makes me miss my crimper.

  • I 'member "listening" to radio one day in like 1992. When, somehow, through the cold fog of cookie cuter repeato-rama programed air waves came a fresh hot breeze that woke my bored heart up. It was CB's "Someday" from their Walking in London Album. Bought the album and have been a Johnette (+her guitar player) fan ever since. Never heard her stuff on the radio again. Which showed me once + 4 all how lame radio prog'ing was then, + I'd say ever worse now. Love the internet though

  • I don't care how old this song is. I still love it. She is sooo awesome.

  • you're not old fashioned it's just dumb fucks are always going to be dumb.

music last time i checked was done audibly not visually but nowdays videos push eye candy and dance moves over substance and it's not their fault, it's just the lowest common denominator for dumb fucks.

  • @TheDouchesupreme

You have been reported to FaceBook for improper punctuation and grammar.

How the fk can we tell one sentence from another?

    Dumb fk

  • Call me old fashioned, but I judge music by the sound, not the looks of it. --Ah, you MTV generation kids.

  • Love this song..like her voice to.

  • I love her voice - so amazing

  • How Ironic....hmmmm

  • I'm a drinker. Had one woman that felt like this for me. She got tired of my B.S. and left me. I am still a drunk, but I have always wished her the best. She is an angel in my eyes. Stop making ugly comments about the singers looks. I bet U don't look any better.

  • The song is about the heartbreak a persons addiction causes those that love them. There were actually pills involved in the video.

  • Joe remember this song when we had money women and no fuckin resposibilities god they were good times marriage and kids really fucked us up.

  • I keep expecting the chorus to break out into "Gigantic" by The Pixies. The two songs could totally make a medley

  • never thought about it but that's true.

  • Great song but she's a little hard to look at.

  • She's not bad as far as rocker chicks go.

  • This was the first video that I saw her in. When I checked her out in other videos, she looked a lot better.

  • Geez! I always thought she was hot.

  • To me, she looks a little like a guy dressed up like a woman in this video. However, in the other videos I've seen her in, she looks a heck of a lot better.

  • hahah at first i thought it was michael jackson cuz of the hair and how white she looked and then i was like ummm no haha

  • I TOO have been looking for this song for forever now and am so stoked i found it today! I always thought it was stevie nicks ha ha couldnt have been further away...but hurray for me i found it!! Happy St. Patric's day! Be safe and have fun!

  • ME THREE!!! So glad we all came upon this completey awesome song:)

"Joey if you're hurtin' so am I"

    John McQuilkin - Hollywood Happens

    The Unofficial Spokesperson of Hollywood

  • Finally found this song

Thought for the longest time it was Marty Balin (Starship)

  • Great Son... great memories...

  • I Love this song!

  • There used to be two great clips of them performing on Dennis Miller's old talk show and now I can't find them.

    SO bummed about that!

  • The singer's name isn't Linda Perry it's Johnette Napolitano,JFYO, and Concrete Blonde is one of the best bands ever!

  • You're totally right. Linda Perry is from 4 Non Blondes.

  • " A drunkard's dream if I ever done seen one". You'd have to have been there to understand the reference. Great song.

  • What I like about this particular "love song" is that there's nothing "pretty" about it. It's RAW. It's REAL. And I'd swear it was written with ME in mind.

Love is beautiful. But sometimes it can be very, very painful too. Loss and heartache are cousins of love. Redemption in love is always possible though.

  • I've been looking for this song for ages, had it on video years ago but could only remember certain bits of it!

    BRILLIANT!!!

  • linda cancion

  • This is waht music is about....

  • also, she's h-h-h-hot. but the video is weak compared to the song.

  • Kampster32 you're right. She is not a "little princess" She is a real woman and I'gonna take your words "a musical genius". IN fact her web site is simply fantastic. She is writer, musician, etc. And nobody in this world can deny she got a very very powerful voice.

    Simply I love her!

  • The singer is Linda Perry. She is historically known for her unique style, and her focus is never on how she looks, but the meaning in the music. She's not a man, or the Undertaker's sister, she's Linda Perry, a musical genius; nuff said.

  • I thought this person was a man in drag. I had to look up Concrete Blonde on Wiki. I love the song but was not familiar with the band. It's actually a female.

  • brother maybe.

  • is this The Undertaker's sister?
