Our heroes -- you betcha ! Many thanks to the author that put this together. All these guys were my heroes growing up. I don't believe that I could of had better. Salute !
Back in college, I took a class on the Great B Western Movies. Your clip brought back some great memories of that class and all the enjoyable movies we'd watch. I especially enjoyed seeing " Battlin' " Bob Steele make your list. He was always a hoot! (though not a Hoot Gibson :-).
@kiester92 That'sa tough question ! Everyone has thier favorites. These are mine. True Grit, both versions. Some say that the latest is the best Western made. Ulzana's Raid, with Burt Lanncaster and Jorge Luke. I like this one simply because it doesn't turn up "Jackpots" in the end. Red River starring John Wayne. Pick your own and I'm sure that for whatever your reason -- you'll be right.
You forgot Eddie Dean and Lash LaRue. There are a few others missing, but a lot of people probably don't remember Jack Randall and Bob Baker, to name a few. I did appreciate the music. That was Lloyd Perryman of the Pioneers on the solo part. Thanks a lot.
Wow....You didn't forget anyone....I remember most of these guys...My Dad's favorites were William S. Hart and Tom Mix....I remember listening to a radio show when I was a kid.."Tom Mix Ralston Straight Shooters"..Of course an actor played the part of Tom.
My wife says I was born in the wrong era. I love this type of music & those great old shows & movies. Roy will always be my hero. Thank you for making this.

Thanks for these memories. Clayton Moore was a great favorite. I want to mention that it says Dick Curtis instead of Ken Curtis aka Festus.

Thank you for the Comment. I don't know how I made that mistake. Yes, your right It is Ken Curtis.
