  • how can i change things up so my body doesnt plateu

  • Hey sniperboy102! There are several ways to do this. You can:

    1) change up your sets, reps, or weights per workout.

    2) do forced reps (a spotter helps with last 2 reps) or supersets as shown.

    3) do drop sets (do your set then drop the weight for 2 more reps then drop it again for 2 more).

    4) go heavy with low reps one workout and lighter with higher reps the next.

    5) i never do the same workout twice in a row. Variety keeps the muscles guessing and progressing. hope that helps!

  • thanks what about changing grip, or is it mainle rep/set that makes change

  • what im trying to say is if i come up with workout A and workout B, do they have to be different sets/rep or could i use a different variation of the exercises in workout A and keep the same set/rep range.

  • Great question! It's according to your specific goals. There are so many ways to skin this cat and variety is certainly one of them, i.e., you could keep the set/rep same and vary exercises for a few weeks and then try switching it around. Maybe go with 5-7 reps working to failure for a while with 1-1/2 to 2 min rests between sets. Then after about a 4-6 weeks switch to 8-10 reps and 1 to 1/12 min rests. Every couple of weeks throw in some supersets, dropsets, and forced reps, etc. Have fun!

  • i noticed that you are not using a spotter. i'm buying what you're selling. hit me up if you wanna lift heavy things together
