This is Cactus Club in its PRIME!

In San Jose, it didn't matter what social circle you traveled in throughout the 1990's: This was one of the places to be for the SJ natives.

There was a goth night, hip hop night, house music, techno, high energy music, punk, hard rock (heavy metal?)...

Every "subculture" had a night at the Cactus to call his/her own.

I remember seeing Elastica that same year (1994) during the SoFA Fest--before corporate took over.

Awersome Jonathan doing Low Rider on bag pipes, I'm thinking this would be pretty rare. Seems to be only picking up mostly Heads git. Yeah they pretty much got big on touring and word of mouth. Great stuff.

That cd was one of the greatest NU metal albums mixing a hip Hop style with angry downtuned guitars and Bass and Johnathans Creepy vocal style. On that cd their was children of the korn DONE WITH A RAPPER And all in the family where they were rapping. Oh and their previous cd before that had a Ice cube cover of WIKED!!! RAAP
