Harold is in all Fallouts, 1,2,3 and I think he is in tactics.

In 1 he dosn't have a tree growing out of his head in 2 he Bob (The Tree) starts growing out of his head and in 3 Bob takes over Harold and harold becomes attached to the ground. Still has he's great senese of humor tho,

the characters all have unique sets of keywords they will respond to, if you type in something that doesn't involve one of those words or phrases, they just say something like "I don't know about that"

Have you noticed he slowly is progressing into a tree. On this one he has hair and looks human with Tree Bark instead of skin on Fo2 he has no hair and looks more like a human but with more tree features and in Fallout 3 he is a tree.
