What's Up Maui? Maui Community College students-How do we keep Maui special?

I was student at MCC ,1969-70. We felt the same way about Maui back then. I was at  Governors Conference on the Year 2000 in Honolulu representing MCC. We feared what would happen to the islands by 2000, now ten years ago. Maui needs zero growth. Walk softly on the land, do no more damage. Repair what you can. Work for commonwealth and happiness of the people. Demand more of the rich, insist that they contribute to health of the island. Treasure & celebrate what remains of Hawaiian culture.
