This year's Double Dragon Alliance Shanghai Camp will be held from 15th - 23rd November 2008.
Classes in Taiji, Tong Bei (with Master Wu Mao Gui, who recently toured the UK) Hsing-Yi, Ba Gua, Push Hands, San Da, Qigong, TCM and Tuina among others with some of the top level masters in Shanghai.

Man can he get low in his posture..That takes alot of strength and flexibility...For those that dont get it...its like a young kid that wants to punch and kick before he learns a good horse stance and the importance there of...
