@airbrushstand Well, I suggest taking a jump drive to a computer connected to the internet, downloading the dialer to it, then taking it to your other computer, install it and then fire up that internal modem and dial out one of the #s provided in the dialers phone book of access numbers.

one problem and yes you did say this there will be a fee for long dialup connection, if you NEED! internet connection please use this page. all this is, a website that helps you find free ISP around your area. i use a ISP named JUNO isp that is free completely free but! there is a problem with this also you are only allowed some overs and it is very slow but it works and no money is needed but my over are from 7am to 9pm every day yeah it sucks but it works and its free so google all-free isp

If you have to download a dialer to make it work at all, I would stay away from it. Only trust it if you can go to their site and actually get the numbers yourself. Only use them if they are local numbers. Otherwise you will get charged for long distance, and may even be tolled.
