It certainly is. It's a minigame included in Ape Escape 3 for the Playstation 2. Kinda like how there's an Ape Escape-style minigame included in Metal Gear Solid 3.

you get it post game in Ape Escape 3. Clearing gets you two vids, or a book containg a CODE for the vids.
