We are already under Martial Law by the very definition of Martial Law. A major determining factor is "the administration of justice is left to a military tribunal, called a court-martial. The suspension of the writ of habeas corpus is likely to occur." The various PDD's, and HR's that have been passed within the last 7 years attest to this.
So again, we have already been under Martial Law, that will eventually lead to 'hot' or 'hard' Martial Law, because of the dissent.

America will never be invaded. It's just too big and with too many people. You can't just tell 300 million people they're under new management. Then you have to look dynamically. Canada would likely get sucked into it and Mexico would too. Reason being id all 3 are so linked together.

There are conservative conspiracies as well. People think that the reason roughly 90% of academia identify themselves as liberal is part of some big college conspiracy. It couldn't be due to their extensive knowledge of history, philosophy, economics, political science, ect.

Obama is too much of a socialist with fantasy policies. They look good on paper but hardly real. He's going to "cut taxes, give away more money AND keep our military strong", what a fantasy!!! How? by printing more money and further devaluing the dollar? What will pay for hand-out programs is more taxes and MORE taxes. Socialism is not the answer..
