I don't know if he does it to Terryman in the series. I would think that he doesn't. Sunshine uses this move on Kinnikuman Great and he dies from the injuries.

Well this move in the anime and Manga did end up killing Kinnikuman Great (Prince Kamehame). So yes this move is indeed to be feared.
