5% is the darkest film that's made (and most of that is actually 6%-8%). no one makes 100%, and the cars glass from the manufacturer already meters 72%-86%.
even a completely clear glass still meters around 95%. NOTHING meters at 100%. idiot.

3% is the darkest...100% is fully clear, the lower the % the less light is alloud through...Am a window tinter ;) lol
